Search Instructions
A few comments to help you get started. At the top of the map, far left corner is a box called "location". Put in a zip code, city or county.
Still on the very top row, select "residential" select the type of property as well as a choice of "Active, Pending or Sold".
Price is the next filter. The drop down has price ranges as a suggestion. You may put in your own, example $325,000 to $340,000.
The next are for the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. There is also a total reset.
Continuing along the same plain, to the far right is a blue box saying "Gallery". Click on this for a screen full of listings, click back to get the map.
Once you have viewed your personal search you may save it by selecting the "Green Box". You may ask for email alerts to be sent to you.
That ends the top row. Just under the top row, far left, blue box is the location you chose. To the right is a box for more filters such as a pool, fireplace, etc.
In the box with the pictures of homes is another filter called "relevance". Check this out. You can set Days on Market so you see the newest first, or maybe look for homes that have been sitting on the market for a long time.
Back to the left you see a plus and minus key to zoom in and out. The round ball is for an aerial view. A hand appears on the map to enable you to slide the map in different directions. Click the globe and select "auto" to get back to the map.
Inside the map you see clusters of homes. Zoom in to separate the cluster and to choose a home to look at. I like to pick the aerial and fully zoom in on a property to check out the size of the property, what is in the backyard and the surrounding neighborhood.
Along the way you will be asked to set up your own account. All it asks for is you name, email and phone. I do not sell any of this information to other Realtors.
