Surveyor

I helped a client of mine purchase a 1.25 acre lot in the Leland area.  We needed a surveyor.  Most of the surveyors wanted over $1,000 for the service.  Fred Jones quoted us a fee of $750.00 to stake out the property and to provide a plat map.
