This house was so bad I refused to go inside. Below are pictures of the worst house I have ever seen. There were reports of Black Mold present in the home and the police informed us of drugs being sold there as well as $2,300 worth of city citations levied against the house.
I had a contractor who was looking for just this kind of property to rehab. We submitted these pictures to the bank and finally after a 9 month wait the bank has agreed to the offer. Closing is expected in a few weeks.
